Born in Southern Brazil, Gui Levvandoski moved to New Jersey in the US when he was just five years old. Upon turning 18, he traveled to Europe to study Aerospace Engineering at the University of Surrey and subsequently, Business Administration & Economics at the University of Amsterdam, in the Netherlands.
Guilherme developed a taste for travel in his young years after his father gave him geography books and maps for his 10th birthday. Since then, his life objective has been to visit every country on the planet. Today, at the age of 30, he has visited 105 countries and is more than halfway through his objective.
With an interest for architecture, design, and photography, Guilherme began to take photographs of the most beautiful and aesthetic hotels and houses he came across. Once he got the attention of hotel owners and managers with his photos, a business opportunity was seen, and Levvix became a reality.

Three different services are offered:
• High-end indoor and outdoor photography
These are the main photos of your hotel/apartment. Usually around 20-30 photos of the entire property, all professionally edited, tone-mapped and calibrated for perfect colors.
• Drone Photography
If your hotel/apartment is in a beautiful location, drone photos are essential. These photos will inspire your next guest to book with you by giving them a unique perspecrtive of your property. Usually around 5-10 photos, taken at sunrise, midday, sunset, twilight and night, for maximum range ahd diversity.
• FPV Drone Tour
FPV Drones are far differet than conventional drones. They are small, ultra light and can fly indoors. They are flown by the pilot with the help of Goggles that show what the drone is seeing. These drones create seemingly impossible and immersive shots, showing the entire property property, indoors and outdoors in a fun, attention-grabbing way. -
This varies as per the size of the hotel/apartment. However, as all photos and videos need a lot of planning in the background, we give an estimate of 2 to 5 days to captute all the media necessary.

Before I leave the property, I will edit a few photos of each section above to show the manager and the peole responsible. This is to ensure the photos & videos are up to your standards and to get feedback before finalizing the project. -
We do not have a fixed price for our projects. Every single project for every hotel & apartment is different, therfore it is nearly impossible to give a cost estimate until the project has been discussed. However, we take into consideration the budget of every hotel into consideration.

Absolutely everywhere. We mean it. Regardless of the location of your hotel/apartment, we are willing to make the journey. The purpose of Levvix is not just of taking great photos/videos for properties, but also to explore every corner of the planet.
Here’s a rough schedule of where Levvix will be in the upcoming months:

In about 70% of the cases, Gui Levvadoski will be the one taking all the photos and media, and will solely be the only one who has stay on-site.
In the other 30% of cases, Gui’s editor/colorgrading professional will join on-site for further assitance and to deliver faster results.
Depending on the size and scope of the project, other suppoting personnel will be involved in background, but not on-site. -
Absolutely! We focus on both big and small, famous and discrete, luxurious and simple properties. We do not have any preferrences - if you believe your hotel/home needs photographic makeover, we will be there for you.

We understand there are a lot of photgraphers and videograpers on the market. However, it is quite unlikely you will find a photographer that can also do drone work, and it’s unlikely you will find a drone pilot that also does classic interior photography.
Our experience in creating high-end media for hotels helps in creating photos and videos that will truly captitvate your targeted audience. This is particularly important, as each hotel caters to a different segment of the population.
